Corporate portraits...

Ugh. My company has roped me in to shoot some standard corporate headshots. Subjects will be sitting on a stool, white wall about 6 or 8 feet behind.

I'll light the wall with crosslit strobes, and likely light the subject with a key, fill and a hairlight. Gear-wise, I have a bunch of lightstands, about 5 shoe-mount strobes, an Einstein, a beauty dish (with sock and grid), large reflector, some snoots, slaves, and a few umbrellas.

So, I think I have the gear covered, but I welcome any advice on light placement, or links to classic setups suitable for people who aren't model-perfect, subjects spanning ages from 20s to 50s.

All input is appreciated. Thanks.
