Focusing issue - Can Rebel T5 do mirror lockup? Is there a firmware update?

Rebel T5 (1200D) here. Had it a month.

Trying to do product shots of wine bottles. I am trying to stick to 100 ISO and slow shutter speeds to keep noise to almost zero. In the liveview, it looks good and really sharp (the whole bottle). But the final image is always a little blurry.

I have tried absolutely everything...

  • stabilizing the tripod, cinching everything tight.
  • high F numbers - F10, F22, even F36.
  • various distances... beyond the Hyperfocal point, and so close I fill 99% of the frame.
  • Tried my 60 mm macro lens, my 18-55 kit lens... even the telephoto out of desperation.
  • autofocus, using a single point or all points, using one-shot mode, etc.
  • manual focus, which I do in live view, zooming in to 10x, then carefully getting it perfect.
  • disabling IS (image stabilization).
  • higher shutter speeds (but it's never really "shake-proof" speeds. More like 1/10th.)
  • cleaning the lens.

I am totally out of ideas. There's no reason I can see why it should be great in liveview, then blurred in the final shot, unless the actual shutter movement is shaking the camera.

Mirror lockup solves that problem, right? And yet, it's not available for Rebel T5. And there's no firmware update, either official or hacks. So what can I do?
