Re: Trying to get the Raynox 150 to work

My advice: Take your subject inside. Set up a couple of desk lamps with daylight CFL bulbs for light. Put down some black paper for background. I use some florist foam to hold flowers (stems) and some foliage. Now you have some control. This is what I've been doing as I am fairly new to my cameras, filters and macro in general. As I get more used to distances for the glass to subject at whatever at however many mm focal length I'll do more in natural settings.

I'm not a pro. Images I post are unrestricted. Copy, edit, re-post here as part of the tread or elsewhere. C&C always welcome and encouraged - I'm not touchy about the negatives.
