Quattro purple/green versus Canon/Nikon/etc?

When I look at the 3 Quattro photos, I only see the purple and green when I turn the saturation up to the maximum (in Apple's preview program).

Question is, if you take these same studio photos of these birds with say a Canon or Nikon or even the competitively priced Sony a6000 and turn up the saturation, what hues will you see?

Also, don't the purple/green normally decrease with more light? Therefore perhaps what Sigma meant to communicate to us was how, even at f13, these is not much purple/green emerging from largely colorless photos to worry about?

What I really wanted to know from some samples was, what is the effective resolution in red and green. Is there any evidence it's only 5MP?
