Having said that I have no idea about the colours that you actually shot. Maybe the lightness of the vegetation was what was actually in the shot.

Thanks, David.  I think that with layers and masking that could be done.  The foliage is probably a bit brighter than it was, and darkening it some might be more dramatic too.  I'm a rank beginner when it comes to masks though.  Actually, just an adjustment brush might work for that matter.
