Has anyones A77MII Shipped from the sony store yet?

I have had mine since the 27th of May.
27th May I got mine. Ordered on the 23rd and only the weekend meant I couldn't have it next day.

10/06/14 = 06/10/14 for us Americans. I spoke with Sony US 10 days ago and at that time, Warehouse inventory of Body Only A77II was at 40 and Initial ship date was to be on 06/10/14. Sony Web site now says available on 06/09/14. Shipping will follow First ordered / First shipped. I did not ask about Inventory of Body plus Lens.

Interesting... 40 units %? I suppose I am impatiently waiting, mine is now listed as Backordered...
Ordered mine on 5/2....hasn't shipped yet.

Thanks, I just spoke to Sony and they did confirm the it was backordered with no estimate on when it would ship.

When I checked my order details this morning it had switched from "Processing" to "Backordered" as well. Patience will have to prevail. I had an A77II, ordered from Digital Rev, but it was a faulty copy. Even though I saved a bit of money and could have had a second copy from them by know, I realized the hassle of shipping back to Hong Kong for service and that their Repair turn around time was "three to four weeks", I bit the bullet and ordered from Sony. So I suspect I'll be waiting for a while, but this Camera is worth the wait.

Yea I ordered from Sony because I got a 10% discount on it but im now debating if I should cancel and just order from amazon...
Amazon isn't shipping yet either so I would sit tight for now.

Or, zcamper could cancel so we get ours a little sooner;-) Just kidding. I'd wait for Sony. For me, the wait is worth it so as to deal with Sony Service as opposed to anyone else. As much as I will use this, I know It will be in for service toward the end of first year either for Shutter fail, (150k rating or just to have it checked and calibrated toward end of 1st year warranty. Then again a few times during extended warranty. Having used Sony Service for my A77, my experience has always been stellar. Note I put my Cameras to the test shooting almost every day and outdoors in extreme heat and humidity to extreme cold, especially this past winter.

No. I've discussed this with them and since item was shipped faulty and returned in perfect condition, no. They have full recourse with Sony if they need.

What I don't understand is why the order says back ordered but on the sony store website it says in stock... Maybe it will just show up tomorrow
It showed "backordered" on the product page all morning. But your right the status changed to "in-stock". Hopefully mine will ship today.

FWIW I just got off the phone with Sony Store in the US.
I called Sony Store US on a chance they they might offer a better deal than Amazon, as I had read somewhere on this forum, I believe.
They have a special on now, 15% of free accessories when you order an A77-MII body. The body is in stock. I got a free extra battery, a free Sony 64Gig 95mb sdxc card and a free ADPAMA flash adapter (currently on back order).
Salesman said they don't know how long the special will last, but they're usually on about a month and it started 2 weeks ago.
Can't wait!

So it's 15% off accessories in addition to the free stuff you mentioned?
did you just call the number on the Sony website, or a specific store?

Here's the deal...
just got off phone with Sony Customer Care. You have to call the Sony Store and place an order with Sony sales to take advantage of this offer.The offer is not on Website. The offer is 15% off your order when you order certain accessories with you A77mII body. I have an A77mII on order and then asked if I need to cancel and reorder to get this deal. The answer was "Yes" Now. Here is where it gets a bit interesting. While I was on the phone with Customer care and at the point of debating, in my head if I should cancel and re-order, I get an email from Sony Store that my order is being prepaired which means it will ship tomorrow. Confirmed this with Customer care. Hmmm. I placed my order on June 6th. Will be interesting if others that placed order earlier are also getting this email or if Sony did that to diswade me from taking advantage of the 15% off deal. Gee. Never knew I was a conspiracy theorist until this moment. Screw it I have three Sony batteries and several 32Gb - 95MB/s cards. I was hoping for the A77II to use this weekend so I'm happy.
