Please help me choose a lens for the X-T1

Hi all,

I currently have an X100 (not s) and a Sony A77.
I consider selling both : A77 is too heavy/bulky for me, and I want to upgrade the X100.
So I first considered the X100s, but as I shoot mostly portrait, I would like a longer focal (and, if possible, maybe a brighter lens).
So now I am going for the X-T1, but I'm still not sure about which lens to choose.
Priorities are: small size/light weight, and ability to get a smooth bokeh with a narrow DOF for portraits.
I want only 1, prime lens (though I may upgrade it later, I don't want a collection of lenses)

-56mm 1.2 is great for portrait, but heavy and very expensive
-27mm 2.8 is very light, but not so bright
-60mm 2.4 is a little bulky and not so bright
-35mm 1.4 is bright, light, relatively cheap, it sounds like the perfect lens but is it long enough to get good portraits?

I saw several threads about portraiting with the 35mm and it seems to me that there is either a "big nose" effect (shooting too close), either a too broad DOF... What do you think?

Thank you for your help!
