KISS Kelly, especially when you are dealing with multiple users.

Simple RF triggers like the Yongnuo RF-603-IIs are all that is needed if you manually adjust the power of the studio strobes.

You only need a "fancy" RF trigger if you can adjust the power of the studio strobes from the controller.  Examples would be the CyberCommander system from PCB or the Elinchrom & Bower's RF systems.  Of course these RF trigger systems lock you into specific light systems, which has its good and bad points.
