Family pics: rx100m3 or Ricoh gr?

The same goes for video. I haven't shot much video the past few years, but when I go back and play some that I've shot of my daughter growing up, it's way more interesting than the still photo's at reliving the moment.

I agree 100% about the silliness of taking family outing photos with an 85mm f/1.2L lens.

However, small children may not look their best with a 28mm lens.

You should by a $100 zoom for your Pentax DSLR.
