there is another thread with kind of the same dilemma: new body vs. fast zoom. I think the new sensor would serve you well.  I have the 12-35 on an EM5 and that is my kit 90% of the time. If you shot indoors/outdoors in the same session the 12-35 is a godsend and is especially useful on trips. As pointed out the newer sensors will allow higher ISO's with good results.  On the other hand if money is not a concern, take the plunge: new body and new lens! You will not regret it.
