Lightroom lets you tether to a computer and preview each shot as it's taken. Works fairly well, as long as you aren't shooting rapidly, as it can slow down your frame rate much like a full buffer when shooting bursts. Not wireless, but at least allows preview of shots and easy organization into files. When you change subjects, themes, etc., you just make a new folder and the pics go there. Not sure about the remote viewing by others...maybe a remote monitor set up where they can see what you see on your laptop. Again, not wireless, but an option maybe?
