Re: Viewfinder for E-PM2?

Comparing the VF2 and VF4 which I have used on an E-PM2, the biggest difference for me is that the 4 locks in place and won't come off accidentally.  It also has a visibly higher resolution screen.  The tonal rendering of the two also differ, and I think the 4 is better in that respect too, though that is probably a matter of taste - overall the impression is of a smoother image.

I find that both of them do the job, and I use glasses. I tape the VF2 in place when I am using it, which solves the problem of it falling off.

I got the VF2 "free" with a used camera, bought the VF4 for a second camera, and would certainly buy another if I lost it.  I expect it will work with an updated Olympus camera that I might buy in the future.

I would like to add a viewfinder to my bargain basement E-PM2, which I bought recently for $199 with the kit lens. I find there are available a VF1, VF2, VF3, and VF4; Amazon shows the VF2 as more expensive than the VF4 (which is $230). Is there any conventional wisdom about which of these is most appropriate for the E-PM2? Thanks.

(I did try to search the forum to see if this question had already been beaten to death and did not come up with an answer.)
