I like the color, composition, background separation and choice of subject.

Regarding sharpness and focus also commented on by others, I note from examining the EXIF and the 1:1 image that most if not all of the shots are with the aperture wide open, and zone of maximum sharpness is either at the front or center of the subject - however in most cases the zone of sharpness  is very shallow, leaving parts of the intended subject blurred. Perhaps closing the aperture 1/2 a stop?

That being said, the area of maximum sharpness is still not crisp, even in the center of the image - It could be a poor lens but before assuming that, I wonder if it's a workflow issue with suboptimal choice of JPEG conversion or sharpening.
