Not easy. Each camera has only part of things you´d put in use in video mode. If you don´t need to capture selfies and selfie videos, I´d go SL1, otherwise 600D, as it is very cheap, not ANY worse image qualitywise, and you save money for so much vital BETTER LENS.

Don't forget that the AF in live view and video is better with the SL1 due to the hybrid cmos 2 sensor.

However, conventional AF (ie, through the viewfinder) is better with the other 2 because of 9 cross type points vs 1.
To me, those are the biggest differences other than size.
Also be aware that the SL1 can only have ISO adjusted in full stops. No incremental adjustments (ie, 1/3 stop).
My suggestion would be to grab a refurb T4i or SL1 from Canon's refurb site when they're on sale (frequently 20% off). These will look and function like new and have the same 1 year warranty a new camera has. But, you'll have more money to put towards lenses, tripods, etc...
