I like #1 - a photo can be technically perfect but dull as dishwater. This gains one's interest.

Sometimes a half-decent picture can become a great photograph after you've taken it. Indeed I think that with the advent of digital photography taking the picture is often only 50% of the job. The third shot is a good example. Great lines leading to a lone figure. But it needs the bright area of the street to be selected and darkened or blurred etc (de-emphasised in some way) leaving the right-hand side to be the main theme of the picture. Maybe lighten the pathway etc.

For the 6th, there is too much empty space in the centre. The girl seems to be what you were wanting as the subject but she isn't in the right place.
