When I turn my Olympus E-M10 power on or off with the 75mm f1.8 lens attached, I hear a fairly loud clicking sound. It is much louder than the muffled sound I hear when turning the camera on or off with either the 14-42 or 14-150 lenses attached.

A Google search for this issue turned up only one 2012 dpreview forum post, but the response to the question focused on the IBIS whirring sound. But, that is not the sound I am referring to. Since I can't find anybody discussing the power on/off clunking noise, it may be abnormal. I purchased the 75mm lens as a refurbished lens just a few days ago, so I am concerned that this noise may indicate a problem.

In experimenting, I discovered that if I set the Reset Lens menu option to OFF, the sound no longer occurs when I power off, but still occurs when I power on.

I would appreciate any insight the forum users have on this issue. Thanks.
