Just follow te signs!

The Yorkshire Dales are pretty heavily trafficked -- my nephew was just there with his wife and he and she galloped about on bikes with nary a GPS aid. Well, not quite the dales, but Yorkshire at least. Bright and sunny.

I did southern England (from about Coventry south) with no electronic aids in 1974 (or was it 5?) and didn't get lost once. There were so many signs I was in danger of having a driving accident because I was busy reading them -- and I am told by the younger members of my family that it has got worse since!

LOL.

Have a great time, Isabel.

Cheers, geoff
