Tourist pictures North Devon and Cornwall (18-35mm A)

After so much praise for the Sigma 18-35mm A lens by Larry and Rick I finally decided to buy this lens. I sold my 28mm and 20mm prime lenses and must say that the zoom quality wise is certainly on the same level (at f8) as the prime lenses if not slightly better (and it will be far better if you use it wide open). It's certainly the best wide angle lens Sigma has delivered so far. The SD1M is merciless on lenses, especially Sigma's zoom lenses. I went through several standard zoom lenses to find a suitable one and then ended up buying the 18-35mm lens, which is really quite a good match.

Enough said! Here are some tourist pics from North Devon and Cornwall (the first 15 pictures), nothing special, but it should give a good idea of the quality of this lens.
