Well done!

Obviously I’m aware that Adobe are yet to implement foveon based raw files, we live in hope.

What are some of the more experienced users workflows? Spill the beans.

Eric Chan of Adobe has stated that they have no plans to support Merrill files. By implication, that probably excludes Quattro, IMHO.

My raw-only Sigmas put out small (~8MB) files so I am not bothered too much by SPP's reputation for slowness. I open X3Fs in SPP as neutral as possible, check the WB, adjust the exposure comp. and back off the sharpness a bit. I export ProPhoto 16bit TIFF to RawTherapee and continue in ProPhoto working space for post-processing. Since I don't print, the final save is via 'perceptual' rendering to sRGB JPEG.

On my computer, SPP 3.5.1 wins over ACR 5.4, FWIW. ACR mangles highly saturated X3F's quite badly.
