It changed from previous versions of LR.

You may still be able to get it to work with the older processes - change the process version back to a prior version. That's worth a try.

It's not anyone's fault that you don't like the answer you're getting. Perhaps you should put a post on the Adobe forums. Or try the luminous-landscape Lightroom forum, Jeff Schewe hangs out there frequently and will know the definitive answer if anyone does.

Of course if you have an attitude with him you might not like the way he gives you the answer.
