Upgrade to D610 or D7100

I have a well used and well travelled D90.

My most used lens on the D90 is the DX 18-200VR, due to its versatility.

All bar one of my other lenses are Nikon FX lenses including:
28-70 2.8
70-200 2.8 VR1
50mm 1.8
24-120 3.5-5.6VR
18-35 3.5-4.5
(I also have a DX 10-24)

I also have 4 x speedlights and like to do off-camera flash using CLS.

I can't decide if I should get a D7100 or D610.

If I got the D7100, it would replace my D90. If I got the D610, I would have to continue to use my D90 as my main camera as I'm not willing to carry the weight of a D610+28-300FX lens, plus I would have to buy a new 28-300FX, so the whole deal would be expensive.

I think the 51-point AF on the D7100 would be good. OTOH the D610 is full frame which would be nice on the less frequent occasions when I would use the 24-70, 70-200 or 105DC.

Any ideas?
