EM1 or D600, for Weddings?

Glad to here so much confidence regarding the M4/3rd format for weddings, I've had a look at the blogs and I'm confident these guys can handle anything I'll ask of them. I've always had my EM5 locked to max 3200ISO, clearly that doesn't need to be the case. 
The one issue remains is DOF but my experience with the Pan-Leica 25mm f/1.4 leaves me optimistic. This photo was taken with the 25mm, I suppose the next best option is the 75mm? I'm not wanting to venture into voigtlander manual focus. Nor do I wanna get caught up in the obsession that is "shallow DOF".
