Lens selection - M4/3 v Sony A mount

I'm not sure A mount is a good comparison...

Sony A mount is the Sony DSLR mount which mounts every autofocus lens ever from the Minolta Alpha system (Sony purchased Konica-Minolta's DSLR division in 2006). As such, it should have a selection of AF lenses dating back to the 1980s. Some designs aren't in production anymore, some designs are new, and some designs didn't change, with the same lens being branded as Minolta or as Sony just depending on when it was built.

It is certainly very interesting, though, to see how far MFT has come in a short time when compared to a mature SLR system.
