DX Lens at f2.8 or FX at f4 on D610?

Theoretical (or maybe practical) question that has been bugging me.

Given the following scenario (which I have made up) natural light only

1) Sigma 17-50 at f2.8 and ISO 3200 results in SS 1/200 which is in the acceptable range for subject

2) Ultimate goal is 11x17 print

Am I better off using my Nikon 24-85 at f4 and ISO 6400?

Should I stick with the Sigma and trade MPs for lower ISO?

Given the print size, it doesn't really matter?

Thanks in advance for answers, input, and anything remotely related.
