Nikon d7100, is it a good upgrade?

I'm in photography few years now, taking mostly family pictures, little landscape, some travel and so's far from any professional work, but I'm interested to get little more serious about all kinds of photos I mentioned. I have Sony NEX 5n, with kit lens and two probably best e mount lenses, sel 50mm 1.8, and zeiss 24mm 1.8.

Now, I've been thinking about Nikon d7100 for a are the reasons:

- D7100 have new 24mp sensor

- D7100 have a viewfinder, nex 5n doesn't

- D7100 have better manual control

- D7100 have more focus points and faster and acurate shooting

- Nikon have much better choice of lenses

I shoot jpeg 90%, rarely raw....I supose that IQ is maybe little better on Nikon, but biggest difference is stuff i wrote above...with d7100 I could get better action shots of mi kid, I could get some nice tele lens (which is problem for nex), have more manual control, and get different perspective. I would keep Nex definitely, it's compact, it's light, it has great IQ, and few very good lenses.

Bottom question is: is it worth getting d7100 or to wait and later when prices drops get some FF?

This question has not been answered yet.
