Took a ride to the Morro Bay, Ca car show today. Hundreds of cars, thousands of car enthusiasts. Brought along the Oly EPM2 and the kit lens. A few notes: camera is so small and light I wondered where it went a time or two. I was pleased with its fast responses, fast focus, shot to shot speed, exposure accuracy, auto white balance. And...drum roll please, picture quality even with what is considered a mediocre lens at best (from what I'v read). So all in all it is taking care of business.

One negative, the lcd is nearly impossible to compose on in the bright sunlight today. There was some guess work involved in some of the compositions (as well as cropping).

Here are just a few examples of many shots I took (battery life seems to be very good as well)

It was a good few hours of shooting, enjoyed the camera. Hard to see lcd...I'm seeing an OMD in the future...

Nice car shots (and nice cars!). I love that Fury...do you know what the red interior belonged to?

As to the LCD washout...you can get an EVF for these, and they work spectacularly well.  The VF-4 is a fabulous EVF, and they usually have sales on them around Mother's day, Father's day and graduation.  If you want to spend a little less, the VF-2 is quite good too, but with a smaller field of view and no locking mechanism. (The VF-3 is cheap, and locks, but it's pretty lousy to look through).  I used my EPM2 with the VF4 for almost a year, and it worked quite well.
