The truth is the lack of shallow DOF is a myth and ignorance, or just being stubborn.  Yes, given the same f-stop value between the two full frame will have less DOF, that doesn't mean m43 can't achieve that shallow DOF, it's just less when you compare the two directly.

The reason the autofocus is accurate is because it's contrast detect, which it's a fact it is more accurate than phase detect, that's the reality.  There's no autofocus fine tuning, front focus or back focus issues with contrast detect.  If there is those issues, then either you or your subject moved closer or farther.  Tracking autofocus is where phase detect excels.
