I like this camera because it produces good pictures with colours that suit me.

In addition :

1.  It has a decent viewfinder (accessory) because even in gloomy England an LCD screen often becomes useless as soon as a bit of sunshine appears.

2.  The new 14 - 42 mm EZ lens has a neat automatic lens closure which obviates the need to find somewhere to put the previous removable but unattached lens cap.

3.  The camera is not a pocket camera, but it is not too heavy for old fingers and is easy to carry about.

4.  Although it has a fair selection of the usual buttons scattered about its person, so far they have not caused me any problems.  On previous cameras buttons have got accidentally pressed when handling the camera and I have had to resort to "factory reset" to cure the resultant confusion.

5.  Should any UK reader be interested, I bought the camera from ffordes in Scotland who took some an old Minolta 35 mm camera and accessories, not in part exchange but to sell on a commission basis, and were generally very helpful.
