Your shutter speed is way too slow at 1 second. Nothing that moves will be clear at that speed. Notice the Oly shot was at 1/30 second. Better but not perfect. If the train was moving 1 sec. is way too slow. As it is 1 sec allows too much camera movement unless SR is On and even then it might be marginal. Also if you focus on a non lighted object the lights will be over exposed.
