Because I take pictures of butterflies and birds, I need fairly close-in focusing for butterflies, but 6-7' would work OK. Lots of "macro" insect photos are done with telephotos as you know.

I went ahead and backordered the A6000 (plus the E 55-210) and the DH1748 from a different company that told me on the telephone that they are in stock.  Do I need an adapter to use the DH1748 with the A6000 and E 55-210?
