why does the E-M1's video get dissed?

You are certainly correct, and I have many options in my home to get 1080p60 media (or lower) sent to my 240Hz LCOS projector and 92-inch screen - which, by the way really shows the EM-1 straining when there is detail or motion, nothing to be done about that but tolerate it or use other shooting equipment.

My concern is for a wider distribution - many in my circle do not have the same choices. That is slowly changing, but this is the way it is for now.
