A few photos from Rocky Mountain National Park yesterday.

There is still quite a bit of snow at 9000' and above. Trail Ridge Road was closed halfway up. Bear Lake is still frozen over. Temps were around 50F, but it felt colder with the wind.

Lenses: Nikon 35 f1.8 and Sigma 10-20. These images are best viewed full screen.

Bear Lake

We were sitting on a bench and this moose just strolled right past.

First order of business, a big drink and head dipping.

Apparently the lake is only a foot or two deep all the way across.
