Mirrorless Camera To Fit the Needs - Need Help Please

I hope this community can help me out with swaying me in the right direction, as I seem to be on the horn of a dilemma.

I have a Canon 7D with a bunch of lenses, studio equipment, etc. But when I go on family trip, hikes, etc, I often leave the camera behind because it's so big. I want buy a small camera that will do very specific things well. Here are the MOST important things for me and what I shoot. SO what small camera would do the job?

Must haves:

- Very compact (i.e. fits nicely into luggage, backpack, pocket, etc.).

- Interchangeable lenses and a good selection of them.

- Bracketing capabilities (I tend to shoot a LOT of HDR).

- Fast enough to shoot fast moving kids.

- Ability to use in a studio environment in a pinch or as a backup.

Would Like to have but won't kill me:

- hot shoe for external flash.

- Or Ability to trigger a remote flash.

I don't care about:

- If it's 12 megapixels or 16 or 20, etc.

- Cost

- Video

- WiFi connectivity

Thanks in advance!
