Basic NR reduction ratios based on camera type for LR/ACR

I have been all over the net trying to find this. I came across some cool links but would prefer a stand alone chart or calculator and enter my own values. I'm thinking about setting NR based on ISO in my camera default settings. There is not that much to it but I figured if there is something out there I'd check it out first.

Here are a few things I came across but I'm trying avoid plugins right now.
