No. I am talking about no blur visible at 100%. That is not what your feint praise is saying. We are not discussing "text book" technique for low light photography, we are saying that with decent light, one can easily get very impressive shots out of the D800, even with a view to close scrutiny. The OP has been disappointed by his camera's output and I, like others, am saying that hand holding need not be the cause in the example(s) shown (shocking technique notwithstanding).
