The GM1 is more flexible by virtue of its ability to change lenses. The RX100 fits in a pocket in the way the GM1 cannot unless fitted with a bodycap lens.

Horses for courses. Lets face facts, for most people they are both great cameras.

Agree there.

The GM1 and 42.5 f/1.2 is much better at portraits. ...not so good for carrying around the bars of Manhattan.
