The good news: yep, I found it

The bad news: nope, it doesn't do anything until you go above ISO 6400...!

AFAIK the "High ISO NR" setting does not affect ISO under 6400 and I can see no way of adjusting NR for ISO under 6400.

I am not familiar to the insides of software, but it seems Samsung NX firmware is open source software.
If Samsung doesn't implement settings itself, there is a possibility to change things by yourself. But I guess you have to be a "Wizzkid" to implement several settings.

I came to the idea by a more early thread from somebody that made a time lapse < DIY solution > .
