Thanks for posting. It is nice hearing the good stories as well as the horror stories. We too often don't hear the positive experiences.
I think Nikon - as well as some others like Sony - that previously had common support complaints have improved their service. It is fairly obvious given the competitive marketplace that it is an imperative.
