A6000 vs E-M10, the big green focus box?

Just testing the Sony's A6000 and the Olympus E-M10 for my wife and I must say the A6000 is a much better handling camera physically and even the focus has improved a lot.

But before I get to the head to head of the two cameras, I just want to ask the question that does anyone gets this big green focus box?  I seem to get it often enough in low to even moderate light that it's a concern.

Other cameras like A7, etc. does focus slower in low light but it still maintain the small focus box, whereas the A6000 would just get lost even though it does handle high iso images great but will miss on focus.

Thanks for any comments.
