G16 and for that matter G15 would be adequate choice. I have both, image quality is identical. The lens is very sharp even at f:1.8. That would make excellent use in interiors. I print easily A4 size at resolution of 300dpi. It requires accurate exposure, live histogram helps there. Focusing is very good even in low light situations with AF focusing light off. Another advantage is the "mute" function making operation silent in churches and museums. I shoot only in RAW format, since jpgs show detail smearing due to noise reduction. DPP shows the same effect of noise reduction, so I found the best conversion using ACR in Lightroom or Photoshop. High ISO images show almost film like grain.
