Remote wireless shutter release and mirror lockup on 60D vs wired release.
I got a Canon wireless remote. From what I see, the only way it works with the mirror lockup is to flip up the mirror, wait 2 seconds, and take picture (or wait 10 seconds?). Maybe I need to dig more deeply into my manual, but that seems to be the only way. With my 30D and a wired remote, I pressed once to flip up the mirror, and once again to fire shutter whenever I wanted.
I was wondering whether it works the same way with a wired release, or will I be able to flip the mirror and wait as long as I want.
or, should I just RYFM a little more?
