Lens question: Old tech to New tech

Had a Minolta  X 700 camera body & several nice lenses in the FILM CAMERA age yrs. ago.

I moved into digital cameras, Point & Shoot only.

The lenses for the x 700 have set in the bag for 10 years.

What brand of Camera (if any) in a digital SLR will take my old Minolta lenses?

Are their adaptor ring mounts out there from brand to brand or even Minolta new to old?

Do I even need any adaptors?

Does Minolta even make DSLR cameras.

I don't have to own Minolta, but I would like to utilize my pld lenses / investment.

What do I need to purchase to use the old lenses?

I figure the expertise available here can save me alot of ime & expense.

I live in a remote area not close to any camera stores etc.

Advice will be appreciated.
