FoCal Sharpness Test of Tamron 24-70 on D800e

Well, I just got this lens and ran FoCal on it here are the results:

Anyone else do this?

One conclusion I draw from this is that this copy has more variance in central sharpness than the one tested on photozone:

There, all the FLs tested were approximately the same in sharpness at F8.  They were all about 3600 (D3x).

I don't know what scale FoCal uses, but you can see that F8 sharpness varies from 1900 (24mm) to about 1630 (70mm).  Either my copy is stronger at 24mm than the one tested on photozone, or it is weaker at 70, or the D800e behaves very differently than the D3x.

From real world shooting I've done, I'd say that 70 is a bit soft, although I haven't done that much shooting with it yet.

So, do I have a bad copy?
