Lower my expectations on XT1 sharpness of SOOC jpg?

Take a look at the garbage can area. Or any area other than foliage.

How is the SOOC sharpness out of your XT1? I love the XT1 body and jpg colors, but am I expecting too much concerning sharpness?

Please look at the two uploaded jpgs. Is it my camera or that's as good as it gets.

If your camera is getting much better SOOC jpg sharpness (no post processing), please upload to DPR so I can take a look.

One jpg is sharp 0, the other jpg is sharp +2, otherwise other settings are the same. I see a slight improvement with +2 with only minimal additional sharpening artifacts (poolnet pole on lounger chair).
