Cheap way to get into macro?

I recently switched from my Nikon D300s to an Olympus E-M10. So far I don't regret the switch. So I have the following lenses: 12-42 EZ (kit zoom), Pana/Leica 25mm f1.4 and Pana 45mm f1.8.

Now I'm looking for a cheap way to get a bit into macro photography (just to play around, nothing serious). I think my options are:
- buy a macro lens ($$$)
- buy macro rings (cheap on Ebay)
- buy an old lens and an adapter so it fits on M43

Any thoughts, recommendations?
