With a "vacuum hold down".

  1. Mill a metal plate (or cast a plastic one) to the curve you need.
  2. Drill a few dozen very small holes in it.
  3. Make the plate the front of a sealed box.
  4. Hook the box up to a vacuum pump

This technique was actually used in certain astrophotography applications. It's a viable technique when your optical system has a fixed focal length, is only used at one focal distance, and is insanely expensive.

It was also used with flat plates to insure film flatness in high end copy and architectural cameras.
