Stack two 1.4X TC's on DA*300/4 (4 imgs)

Hi folks,

Stacking two Pentax 1.4X HD AW teleconverters on a DA*300/4 using a Pentax K-3.

If you first manual focus the lens to near focus then the rig will autofocus and lock focus.

The images are just to show that perhaps a rig like this could be usable. Note: If you use a DA*60-250/4 lens at 250mm then most of the time you need not pre-focus the lens manually.

I am guessing that the subject distance was 100+ feet (30+ meters). Shot handheld.

When stacking two of these teleconverters the second teleconverter does not make any corrections for focal length and aperture. So, multiply what you see in the EXIF by 1.4 for correct readins.

Image #2 - The crop (100%).

Image #3 - The shot.

Image #4 - The crop (100%).
