Fuji new lenses are bigger because they are FF?

Telecentricity requirement does make a lens bigger, but other equivalent lenses for digital cameras still aren't that large. How about Sony RX1 lens, which is almost total equivalent?

That's a fixed lens though, some of the optics can fit inside the body.
