XT-1 and 55-200, continious shooting on moving subjects

Continuous shooting of moving subjects is very important for me and I gave it a try today on a sport field in Moscow with two kids playing football. I have a camera for couple of days and needs to become used to it. Light was not very good, it was cloudy with some rain.

My settings were:

Focus area set to 4 (At 1 camera was very busy and hunts for the focus endlessly, at 4 better I got better results as with 5)

Macro OFF

Focus priority

AF Mode Area

AF Illuminator ON

Drive CH

Front selector to Continuous Focus

I did choose the central of 9 sensors using PDAF. I have to say, that if I kept the central sensor  on the target during shooting, 90 % of the photos were sharp. All together I did shoot around 400 frames.

When the target dissapeared from central sensor all the photos were OOF.

It would be nice to have possibility to activate the whole group of 9 sensors to follow the moving subject.

Otherwise the photos are unprocessed, just a bit cropped.

Has somebody used other settings with better % of keepers ? Some suggestions.
