Nice shot.  Interesting visitor to your cafe.

On a full frame it is likely the out of focus background could be made more pleasing.   In this shot of the creature itis, what they call, "nervous" to a medium extent.

There are other situations where full frame would be better but this shot doesn't require these.  An example might be composition in tough and fast moving situations and images requiring low noise.

Having said all of that, smaller sensor cameras are catching up.
